摘要: Abstract In this work, the Buchwald–Hartwig aryl amination is reported in a home-made continuous plug flow tube microreactor, using homogeneous well-defined palladium-N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complex. The microreactor enabled 100% conversion of reagents within 30 min, even at very low catalyst concentrations. A direct comparison between batch and reactions described shows that reaction faster than case. An investigation influence operating parameters on was carried out. Increasing temperature allowed reagents; moreover, no effect performance found by changing diameter. dependence kinetics [Pd(NHC)] pre-catalyst concentrations investigated based initial rates. resulting expression for rate showed some similarities with one palladium–phosphine catalyst, but also important differences.
