摘要: Latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1), an important encoded by Epstein Barr virus (EBV), has been implied to link with the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Its dual effects increasing cell proliferation and inhibiting apoptosis have confirmed. In this study, we showed that expression Survivin CDK4 in CNE-LMP1, a LMP1 positive NPC epithelial line, is higher than negative line-CNE1, dosage-dependent. Although it was reported specifically expressed cycle G2/M phase, our studies suggested could promote G0/G1, S phase. It also be accumulated more nuclei triggered LMP1. More interestingly, form complex CNE-LMP1 rather CNE1, which demonstrated interaction between these two proteins promoted These results strongly role regulation may shed some light on mechanism research NPC.
