摘要: High-spin states in nuclei around 208Pb were populated deep inelastic collisions of 136Xe and projectiles with targets at beam energies about 12% above the Coulomb barrier. New vicinity have been found that result from coupling one two quasi particles to lowest 3− excitation core. They show influence particle octupole-vibration a pronounced clear way verify validity this concept.
