摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to examine the effect bovine milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) on virulence Escherichia coli O157:H7. MFGM extracted from raw or heat-treated milk, resulting in 2 preparations differing protein composition. Both heated and exerted an inhibitory Shiga toxin gene expression by E. O157:H7 (ratios −7.69 −5.96, respectively). Interestingly, stronger with MFGM, a larger decrease fliC (ratio −9.43). difference observed between could be explained composition preparations. These results show, for first time, specific expressionof genes as well involved motility This may offer new approach mitigate adverse health effects caused infections.
