摘要: In support of the transition from human-based in-situ mission operations to automated smart operations, simulation and instrument modeling group at JPL has been developing a progressive automation framework. The In-Situ Site Knowledge System (ISSKS) presented in this paper is first phase framework, which addresses flexible virtual site construction, instrument-generic measurement simulation, intelligent operation service agents. ISSKS developed three tiers. tier composed property synthesis, for construction environment. second sensor system models mobility platform models, simulating exploration science data products. third interface, supporting clients with surface interaction planning activity observed phenomena. currently supports several research tasks under Mars technology program including Smart Landing Systems, Advanced EDL (Entry, Descent, Landing), Rover technology.
