摘要: We have studied some of the changes in vacuolar shape and size during autolysis Neurospora crassa mycelium. The fungus was grown Vogel's medium a small fermenter. Microscopic examination periodically taken samples carried out measurement vacuoles hyphal areas were made on camera lucida drawings.
