摘要: A cancer risk assessment methodology based upon the Armitage–Doll multistage model of is applied to animal bioassay data. The method utilizes exact time-dependent dose pattern used in a rather than some single measure such as average rate or cumulative dose. can be predict risks from arbitrary exposure patterns including, for example, intermittent and short-term occurring at an age. illustrated by applying it National Cancer Institute ethylene dibromide which rates were modified several times during course experiment.
