摘要: OBJECTIVES Computer planned flapless surgery and immediate loading are the most recent topics in implantology. One new computer-planned implant system uses a three-dimensional parallelometer able to transfer position from virtual project master model. The aim of this study was verify if medical device gives an advantage term failures and/or crestal bone remodeling. MATERIAL AND METHODS A retrospective analyze series 193 immediately loaded fixtures inserted by means surgery. From those sixty six implants were with computer planning whereas 127 "free-hand". Several variables related patient, anatomy, implant, prosthesis investigated. To detect clinical outcome implant' failure peri-implant resorption considered. Kaplan-Meier algorithm Cox regression then performed statistically associated outcome. RESULTS Implant length diameter ranged 10 16 mm 3.75 6.0 mm, respectively. Implants replace 46 incisors, 30 cuspids, 75 premolars 42 molars. mean follow-up period 15 months. Seven lost (survival rate 96.4%) but no studied variable has statistical impact on failures. On contrary, sites completed healing, wide totally edentulous jaw had significantly lower resorption. other (age, gender, upper/lower jaws, tooth site, type length, number prosthetic units antagonist condition) did not have CONCLUSION Computer-planned cast model transferred implantology is reliable technology that provides slightly higher than "free hand" technique at least healed sites, wider jaws.
