Induced Spin-Splitting at Superconductor-Ferromagnet Interface

摘要: We focus on some aspects of proximity effect in hybrid structures a massive superconductor (S) (d S >> ξ ) and thin ferromagnet (F) F <<ξ ); here S,F are the superconducting coherence lengths, d thicknesses layers, respectively. The analysis is based microscopic theory for metals dirty limit conditions. It shown that SF exchange field extends distance order into superconductor. Magnetic properties metal manifested in: (i) phase variation at interface; (ii) dependence critical current SFIFS tunnel structure mutual orientation layers magnetization; (iii) additional suppression layer parameter near (iv) spin-splitting quasiparticle density states (DOS) layer; (v) appearance local bands inside energy gap; directly (vi) induced equilibrium magnetization layer.
