摘要: Consumption of food contaminated with Escherichia coli O157:H7 is one the major concerns in ensuring safety. Techniques that are simple and suitable for fast screening to detect identify pathogens chain vital ensure In this work, we propose a rapid technique low levels E. using membrane filtration silver intensification steps combination surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) analysis. The target bacteria can be captured separated efficiently by two different antibody bearing nanoparticle complexes (magnetic nanoparticles gold reporter). After centrifugal filtration, bacteria–nanoparticle left on filter were localized process before probing SERS. Extremely concentration (� 10 CFU/mL) could detected within 1 h 3 from both pure culture ground beef samples, respectively. This method potentially used as an effective pathogen tool routine monitoring.
