Functionalization of Linear and Star-Shaped Polyglycidols with Vinyl Sulfonate Groups and Their Reaction with Different Amines and Alcohols

摘要: Linear and star-shaped polyglycidols were prepared using ethoxy ethyl glycidyl ether (EEGE) as monomer 3-phenyl-1-propanol dipentaerythritol initiator, respectively. These polymers treated with 2-chloroethylsulfonyl chloride to form reactive vinyl sulfonate end groups. The high reactivity of the groups toward amines, alcohols, amino acids was investigated. All characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance size exclusion chromatography.
