摘要: The infectious particles of the parvovirus H-1 were characterized with respect to protein content, density in CsCl, and specific infectivity. Heavy-full light-full purified from infected simian virus 40-transformed newborn human kidney (NB) cells hamster (THK) cells. Analysis content these demonstrated that ratio viral VP2' VP2 was same heavy-full derived cell line, but differed significantly between two hosts. However, infectivity each line for all four species.. Also, vitro conversion did not enhance particle either or virus. When fate input studied 125I-labeled H-1, occurred a time-dependent manner up 24 h postinfection. Simultaneous proteolytic cleavage, there shift density. analysis at various times postinfection indicated they enriched when compared total population. Thus, cleavage is responsible virus, although events might be required infection appear interdependent.
