摘要: Abstract The effect of porcine circovirus (PCV) infection alveolar macrophage cultures on some the functional properties these cells are reported. PCV macrophages did not affect their ability to phagocytose and kill complement-coated yeast or expression Fc complement receptors. A transient increase in major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I PCV-infected was observed 4 days after a decrease number expressing MHC II antigens 8 infection. Infection with also resulted act as accessory mitogen-induced lymphocyte proliferation monocyte-depleted peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
