摘要: Heterotrimeric guanine-binding proteins (G proteins) transmit signals from the cell surface to intracellular signal cascades and are involved in various physiological pathophysiological processes. Polymorphisms genes GNB3 (encoding Gβ3 subunit), GNAS Gαs subunit) GNAQ Gαq have been primary focus of investigation. these could be associated with different complex phenotypes underlining that alterations G-protein signaling can cause multiple disorders.
