摘要: Given the anticipation of water supply becoming increasingly scarce in future and costlier, conservation turfgrass management has become extremely important. The application mycorrhizal fungi scarcity been considered as one most promising methods to improve management. Accordingly, present study evaluates potential role arbuscular (AMF) inoculation growth two species under stress conditions. Two (Kentucky bluegrass [Poa pratensis] perennial ryegrass [Lolium perenne L.]) were subjected watering regimes (well-watered [watering 100% field capacity] deficit 50% capacity]) presence AMF (a mixture Funneliformis mosseae Rhizophagus irregularis, or non-inoculated plants [non-AMF] control) humic acid spray treatments (0 mg/L 500 mg/L). Not surprisingly, lack resulted diminished morphological traits, mineral nutrient concentrations, chlorophyll carotenoid contents, relative content, enzyme activities, increased proline malondialdehyde, hydrogen peroxide concentrations both species. On other hand, AMF-inoculated grown well-watered conditions showed plant biomass, phosphorous concentration, content compared non-AMF plants. Further, nitrogen potassium catalase activity improved by acid. There was no significant difference tolerance between P. pratensis L. perenne. In conclusion, a good response conditions, where found be less effective.
