摘要: We visualized extreme ranges of motion the hip and located femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) subluxations using 4dimensional (D) volume computed tomography (CT). In dynamic 4D CT, 30 patients with pain (>3 months) positive clinical radiological signs were prospectively analyzed. The investigations performed in flexion, abduction, external rotation. accuracy CT visualization FAI was compared intraoperative findings during surgical dislocation, which served as gold standard. Compared to FAI, images showed a high degree accuracy. is suitable method dynamically visualize functional consequences anatomical pathologies. location can be accurately determined, when combined information about possible labral tears chondral damage supplied by magnetic resonance arthrography, allows surgeon select optimal access plan required operation for minimal invasiveness.
