摘要: The aims of this study were to test the Norwegian version Goldberg's 30-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-30) in a group older, care-dependent individuals living at home; describe self-reported mental health; and relate health receiving home nursing, help, family care. A sample 234 nursing patients Norway aged 75 years older was interviewed. Mental state assessed using GHQ-30. Reliability validity calculated with Spearman's rank correlations, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Mann-Whitney U-test. factor analysis performed principal components varimax rotation Kaiser normalization. Demographic characteristics amounts formal care recorded, descriptive statistics stepwise multiple regression used analyses. coefficient for GHQ 0.92. item-total correlations generally acceptable. For items concerning depression anxiety, ranged from rs = 0.60 0.77. factors extracted explained 70% variance group. Females <85 age urban areas associated reduced health.
