摘要: This article summarizes main findings from a two-step investigation about the effects of tailoring scale with etic and emic items extreme-response styles on validity reliability scores. The Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy was chosen, its Spanish version tailored translated items, adapted newly developed items. administered to two independent samples high school students Mexico. Reliability estimates for scales were marginally different between them respect those English language. Tailoring best neither improved recovery five-dimension structure nor reduced extreme response style variable.
