摘要: Abstract T lymphocytes recognize endogenously produced antigenic peptides in association with major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-encoded molecules. Peptides from the extracellular fluid can be displayed class I and II MHC Here we report that mature Kb molecules bind upon dissociation reassociation of their light chain. Intact heterodimers, unlike molecules, are relatively unreceptive to binding peptides. This property may maintain segregation MHC-restricted has implications for use as vaccines.
