摘要: Negative symptoms account for much of the functional disability associated with schizophrenia and often persist despite pharmacological treatment. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a promising adjunctive psychotherapy negative symptoms. The treatment based on cognitive formulation in which arise are maintained by dysfunctional beliefs that reaction to neurocognitive impairment discouraging life events frequently experienced individuals schizophrenia. This article outlines recent innovations tailoring CBT functioning, including use strong goal-oriented recovery approach, in-session exercises designed disconfirm beliefs, adaptations circumvent engagement difficulties. A case illustration provided.
