摘要: The present invention has an object to provide a novel water-swellable crosslinked polymer composition which exhibits excellent saltwater absorption speed and capacity under load. This can be achieved in the case where, comprising blend of particles basicity water acidity water, are unified with through ionic bondings state where is between particles, wherein formed by neutralization at least part acid groups water.
