摘要: In 1999, the Uniting Church opened a Medically Supervised Injecting Centre (MSIC) at Wayside Chapel in inner Sydney suburb of Kings Cross. The justified this overt act civil disobedience against State's prohibitionist model drug usage by invoking ancient right sanctuary.
