摘要: The author details the conflicts of interest facing individual investigators and research institutions describes current mechanisms, primarily focused at relationship between investigator institution, to regulate these conflicts. finds mechanisms insufficient believes that best approach is not conflicts, but abolish them. acknowledges, however, there a lack political will in an abolitionist approach.
