摘要: Described are on-die termination (ODT) systems and methods that facilitate high-speed communication between a driver die receiver interconnected via one or more signal transmission lines. An ODT control system in accordance with embodiment calibrates maintains resistances drive currents to produce optimal output swing voltages. Comparison circuitry employed calibrate the reference resistance is also used current. Termination elements some embodiments divided into two adjustable resistive portions, both of which designed minimize capacitive loading. One portion optimized relatively high range adjustment, while other for fine-tuning glitch-free switching.
