摘要: Apparatus and method for providing current limiting in a DC-DC converter especially to methods apparatus suitable start-up mode of operation. The invention monitors the inductor (L) when high side supply switch is on against peak limit threshold. If reaches threshold turned off. low off monitored valley As long as above turn inhibited. In this way provided problems stair-stepping are avoided. Embodiments employing lossless sensing described. may be implemented operation wherein controlled purely by which increased over time.
