Genetic Analysis of Septoria Tritici Blotch to Improve Resistance in European Wheat Breeding Programmes

摘要: In Europe, the need to understand and use host plant resistance septoria tritici blotch (STB) has assumed new urgency with widespread development of QoI (strobilurin related) fungicides in STB pathogen, Mycosphaerella graminicola (Fuckel) Schrot. We have investigated factors that contribute reducing levels among wheat cultivars field conditions, including specific isolates M. aspects morphology disease escape. This allowed identification isolate-non-specific, foliar which should be valuable breeding.
