摘要: This article focuses on the incidence, risk factors, and mortality of acute renal failure (ARF) in critically ill patients. Accurate epidemiologic assessment ARF is still a problem; as long there neither uniquely accepted definition nor definitions for end points to measure, results will remain heterogeneous hard compare. Mortality has remained high throughout last decades, despite further development modern treatment modalities. indicates that not just matter loss organ function can easily be replaced by extracorporeal therapies, but condition additionally accompanied systemic consequences which significantly impact prognosis.
