摘要: Abstract The effects of oxide on the microstructures and magnetic properties L 1 CoPt thin films were studied by adding SiO 2 MgO into films. prepared sputtering MgO(111) substrates. is found to segregate at grain boundary, hindering formation phase degrading perpendicular properties. Relatively, nanoparticles precipitate in matrix stabilize phase. high anisotropy well preserved even with a large content CoPt–MgO composite film.
