摘要: Seasonal, pollen-induced allergic rhinitis can be managed by symptomatic drug treatment, but only allergen immunotherapy (AIT) is able to work on the causes of allergy. Usually, effectiveness AIT assessed clinical criteria, though ideal outcome lose sensitization administered allergen(s). Here we report case a patient who after three years using grass pollen extract containing Phleum pratense, Dactilys glomerata, Anthoxanthum odoratum, Poa pratensis and Lolium perenne not Cynodon dactylon, which was also sensitized, developed negative response allergy tests allergens. After 3 SCIT, free both nose lung symptoms during season had results pollens included in extract, while C. dactylon showed decrease respect basal value result. The findings from this show that optimal circumstances achieve complete tolerance demonstrated development contained used for treatment. This confirms recent definition as treatment fulfilling requirements precision medicine.
