摘要: A significant proportion of patients relapse after allogeneic BMT for CML. These relapses have been treated by induction a graft-versus-leukemia effect transfusing donor leukocytes. We 27-year-old woman with interferon and leukocyte transfusion complete haematological cytogenetic remission was obtained coincident the onset GVHD. Her course complicated prolonged profound pancytopenia which fully reversed administration rGM-CSF. She remains in CR mild dermatomyositis due to chronic GVHD 17 months procedure.
