摘要: Although more explicit habitat simulation models for calculating instream are being developed, current applications of PHABSIM flow assessments based on average velocities. This article focuses the behavior Barbus bocagei (a species native to Iberian Peninsula) in terms focal (nose) height and In a four-year research project, we first surveyed use four rivers (by underwater observation) developed site-specific generalized suitability criteria (category II) velocity (distance from bed). Second, calculated velocities different ways computed consequent errors compare models' precision 4 study sites. Third, as practical approach, were introduced selected example, measure changes affecting W.U.A./flow functions. We discuss problems implementation general consequences studies.
