Role of cationic carbosilane dendrons and metallic core of functionalized gold nanoparticles in their interaction with human serum albumin

摘要: Functionalization of gold nanoparticles by different chemical groups is an important issue regarding the biomedical applications such particles. Therefore we have analyzed interaction between functionalized carbosilane dendrons with human serum albumin at pHs, and in presence protein unfolding agent, guanidine hydrochloride, using circular dichroism, zeta-potential fluorescence quenching. The effect a nanoparticle dendronization pure on immunoreactivity was estimated ELISA. In addition, tool to estimate binding capacity dendronized hydrophobic fluorescent probe 1,8-ANS (1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulfonic acid) chosen. We concluded that structure, immunochemical properties significantly decreased second third generations attached. Differences pH dependence nanoparticles, their showed several effects "dendritic corona" metallic part protein. These interactions indicate changes protein, whereas dendron coating per se had no effect. Thus, helps shield them from plasma proteins.
