摘要: Employability research typically adopts one of two incomplete perspectives, focusing on either individuals’ suitability for work or external labor market opportunities. However, young people seeking jobs and those to help them, such as counselors program developers, need consider both the individual perspective. The present integrates elements frameworks create a quantitative model aspect employability, its interplay with STEM education. That will use simulation methods predict success programs designed improve employability through enhanced model’s inputs be drawn from empirical literature, augmented by expert elicitations community leaders members interpret results specific their settings. I propose holistic approach quantitatively analyzing personal contextual factors relationships between them. project scope is focused Pittsburgh neighborhood. assuming view, it enables applications other individuals organizations. Integrating previously isolated fields studying reflects interactions characteristics, circumstances, factors, ultimately contributing recommendations policy development.
