摘要: Neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation is a recently discovered process in the field of innate immunity. It important to have consistent standards inducing and quantifying NET compare data from different labs this new area investigation. Here we describe conditions neutrophil isolation peripheral blood stimulation that find allow study NETosis vitro. The criteria for conclusively identifying NETosis, pros cons various quantification methods are discussed.
