摘要: Residential mobility can have negative impacts on health, with some studies finding that residential contribute to widening health gradients in the population. However, ethnically differentiated experiences of and relationship are neglected literature. To examine between mobility, risk cardiovascular disease (CVD) ethnicity, we constructed a cohort 2,077,470 participants aged 30 + resident New Zealand using encrypted National Health Index (eNHI) numbers linked individual level routinely recorded data. Using binary logistic regression, model CVD for population stratified by ethnic group according mover status, baseline deprivation transitions statuses. We show varies groups is strongly influenced inter-relationship mobility. Whilst an important determinant CVD, much variation explained contrasting experiences. reduce inequalities within Zealand, policies must focus residentially mobile Māori, Pacific South Asian populations who already heightened living more deprived areas.
