摘要: Recent studies suggest a higher threshold number of self-injuries during the past year than one proposed in DSM-5 criteria for non-suicidal self-injury disorder (NSSID). Therefore, we aimed to test validity frequency criterion girls with conduct (CD) based on psychopathology and level functioning. Mixture modelling analysis revealed that at least 8 self-harm behaviours previous differentiated adolescents CD. Thus, divided into three subgroups: group 1: acts; 2: 1-7 3: those who did not injure themselves last 12 months. Individuals from 1 were significantly younger had earlier age onset. There significant differences between groups 3 terms anxiety depressive symptoms, self-esteem, aggression global functioning level. The scored symptoms compared 2. 2 hostility. Our results provide further evidence supporting need modification NSSID criterion.
