摘要: Abstract Purpose To establish a normative database for corneal elevation in Chinese myopic patients who underwent refractive surgery, and analyze the association of with sex, age, ocular parameters. Methods A total 3000 eyes 1500 were evaluated Pentacam. Anterior posterior elevations measured at apex thinnest point. Normative thresholds defined according to Tukey method. Univariate multivariate analyses performed assess Results Normal upper limits adult 4.95 μm, 5.25 μm, 6.2 μm, 11.0 μm anterior apex, point, respectively. Thinner pachymetry greater astigmatism tended show values. Younger astigmatism, lower keratometry, shallower chamber depth resulted Conclusions Locally derived may offer higher sensitivity specificity when screening keratoconic post-orthokeratology eyes. point associated significantly showing positive correlation.
