摘要: This chapter explores the ways in which cities have exerted and projected power context of global climate mitigation . Central to analysis is an assertion that agency politics has been framed (and many constrained) by Westphalian UNFCCC. By looking at a number recent initiatives, this extent city-networks like ICLEI, C40 Global Covenant Mayors able develop viable alternative multilateral framework. Underlying work corporate model governance entails disseminating adopting particular standards, metrics methodologies, suggesting new forms performative power.
