摘要: A low-cost membrane antenna arrays based on FR4 and thin flexible Pyralux substrate for high speed 60 GHz communication systems are proposed. The used making the helps easy integration with millimeter wave components circuits. a thickness of 75μm, relative permittivity er = 2.4 tan δ = 0.002 is used. In this article, we proposing slot coupled single patch integrated waveguide (SIW) technology, 1 × 4 array (a) combination SIW microstrip feed network (b) complete network, finally 16 antennas fed by technology.
