摘要: Abstract We have previously described a system for the in vitro induction of anti-sheep red blood cell (SRBC) plaque-forming cells (PFC) human peripheral (PB) following polyclonal triggering with pokeweed mitogen (PWM). A soluble antigen derived from hemolyzed SRBC was added to cultures PB mononuclear cells. Addition this PWM-stimulated led two- three-fold increase anti-SRBC PFC response seen PWM alone. The synergistic specific (SRBC-SA). Depletion adherent eliminated synergy between and SRBC-SA. plaques produced were macroscopic, inhibited by addition puromycin, not absence complement. dependent on presence sera absorbed SRBC.
