摘要: The in vitro activities of several cephalosporins and quinolones against 195 strains Escherichia coli isolated from dairy calves affected by neonatal diarrhea were determined. One hundred thirty-seven these produced one or more potential virulence factors (F5, F41, F17, cytotoxic necrotizing factor, verotoxin, the eae gene), but remaining 58 did not produce any factors. From 11 to 18% E. resistant cephalothin, nalidixic acid, enoxacin, enrofloxacin. However, cefuroxime, cefotaxime, cefquinome highly effective isolates tested. Some significant differences (P < 0.05) resistance between producing nonfimbriated, nontoxigenic, eae-negative found. Thus, eae-positive, necrotoxigenic, verotoxigenic (except for acid) significantly sensitive enrofloxacin than strains. Moreover, eae-positive enoxacin F5-positive results this study suggest that bovine some are those do express
