DESARROLLO TERRITORIAL Y POLITICAS DE DESCENTRALIZACION EN CHILE (1964-1994)*

摘要: Based on empirical evidence, that for some time now suggests the beginning of a spatial and political-administrative decentralization process in Chile, author asks herself whether this is consequence planning policies which have been introduced during last four governments (1964-1994). Or whether, one hand, an economic policy, orientated towards external market was Chile at end 1973; and, other hand there existed process, product regionalization started 1974. Last, but not least, these processes were supported -explicitely or implicitly- reign previous (1964-1994) through implementation sectoral policies.
