摘要: A giant spinal aneurysm from anterior artery not associated with arteriovenous (AV) malformations is unusual and no such cases have been reported in children. Few described as part of AV malformation complex coarctation the aorta. We report a case 1-year-old girl causing subarachnoid haemorrhage cervical cord lesion. The diagnosis was confirmed multislice CT angiography. microsurgical decompression performed excision unsuccessful but neurological deficits were improved. No further approach accepted by parents. mechanism for development isolated aneurysms clear; it can be related to congenital vessel abnormalities genetic origin. angiography very useful method demonstrate features this entity. Previous reports are reviewed.
