摘要: It was observed long ago that after puncture of the anterior chamber and withdrawal aqueous humor refills within a short period time. The composition fluid accumulating in chambers eye under such conditions is different from normal humor. most important difference protein concentration. In concentration less than 1% plasma. secondary or plasmoid humor, collected some time paracentesis there may be 50-100 fold increase. effect very marked rabbits, pronounced primates (Davson 1956; Kronfeld et al. 1941.
