摘要: A general method for the detection and identification of specific strains bacteria is described. The assay based on observation that insertion sequences (IS) in different occur at diverse loci bacterial genome. Exclusive PCR primers can be selected a particular strain where one IS element other adjacent DNA sequence Only containing point genome will yield an amplicon expected size after PCR. We have illustrated this by selecting to detect some lactobacilli are used exclusively manufacture Swiss Emmental cheese. Using we were able differentiate cheeses manufactured Switzerland from those made European countries. transposase / strain-specific lactic acid
