摘要: Abstract Complex optical conductivity of Ti-based alloys with V and Nb from the region β-ω structural instability within energy range 0.07 ⩽ ħω 4.92 eV has been measured. It is shown that, in having critical concentration, up to interband absorption occurs there are no indications Drude-Zener type absorption. The possibility a pseudo-gap appearing electronic spectrum discussed.
