摘要: “The 2 °C target—a European norm enters the international stage” is an empirical, qualitative study, using case of China to illustrate role played by EU as a leader and forerunner pushing for target diffusion mechanisms persuasion socialization. In order better understand evaluate how climate norms enter global domestic discourse, article details nascent theoretical debate critically assesses scientific community translating medium. field change has been increasingly important member UNFCCC process key engagement policies.
