摘要: Silty sand is a poor filler of highway and railway subgrade, various physical chemical improving methods have been applied to increase the strength stability silty sand. Adding gravel routine method. In this paper, large-scale triaxial tests were carried out on improved soil which obtained by adding 4 different proportions into in order analyze deformation characteristics soil. The stress-strain relations from tiaxial analyzed effect coarse particles fine specimen also analyzed. test results show that with more under higher confining pressure, greater deviator stress required produce same axial strain. helps enlarge angle internal friction cohesion, while decreases cohesion. Under low specimens exhibit evident shear dilation. high volume appropriate amount silt can its restrain deformation, but excessive may too much deformation.
