摘要: In this study, we have examined the relationship between expression of high molecular weight, cytosolic form PLA2 (cPLA2) and ability inhibitors transcription or translation (ITT) to induce susceptibility TNF. S Susceptibility lysis was assayed by 51CR release, cPLA2 activity assay Western blot. The panel cells that included two murine cell lines, six human melanoma-derived samples freshly explanted melanoma tumor tissue, a culture normal epidermal melanocytes. Our experiments revealed near perfect correlation per TNF in presence either cycloheximide (CHI) actinomycin D (r = 0.97). These results suggest is both necessary rate-limiting programmed death, conclusions were confirmed transfection with antisense oligonucleotides. Over-expression WM793 SK-MEL-131, led enhanced CHI. Conversely, suppression oligonucleotides dramatically decreased CHI C3HA fibroblasts. also coupled, transformation-released change lysis. Normal melanocytes contained lowest levels completely resistant sensitization ITT. contrast, all lines tissue has higher could be killed, some extent, treatment
