摘要: Background and Purpose: We performed a systematic review meta-analysis comparing rates of recanalization, good neurological outcome, mortality between patients treated with three modern devices used for endovascular treatment acute ischemic stroke. Materials Methods: comprehensive literature search on studies reporting outcomes selected including≥30 either the Trevo stent-retriever, Penumbra aspiration system or Solitaire stent-retriever. Outcomes studied included mrs≤2, 90-day mortality, symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH), recanalization. were pooled across using random-effects meta-analysis. Results: 27 articles 2666 (1514 Solitaire, 260 892 Penumbra). Rates outcome (mRS≤2) higher in group (54.0%, 95%CI=49.0-58.0%) than (39.0%, 95%CI=31.0%-47.0%) (P Conclusions: Meta-analysis incidence noncomparative series over 2500 suggests that device maybe associated superior lower mortality. Comparative are needed to confirm these observations.
